VINTAGE FOSTORIA COIN GLASS AMBER CANDY DISH WITH LID EAGLE LIBERTY BELL
FOSTORIA 1372/354 Coin Glass, Candy box with lid.
Patriotic American Pattern Age uncertain
as these were made from 1958 – 1982. Covered Candy dish
lid has a glass knob finial imprinted
with an eagle and 1887 (the year Fostoria was founded) in the center.
The candy dish has scalloped
edges around the rim and a unique Americana / patriotic coin design
(3 different ones) spaced evenly
around it's side. There are two torches centered over a star, two with
the Liberty Bell, and two with a
portrait of a patriot (George Washington?) in his military garb and again
the date 1887.  Candy Box is
6 3/8" in diameter and 4 1/4" tall. It is in very good condition! No cracks,
chips, nicks or other damage
I could find. Inside basin of the bowl is excellent vintage condition,
almost no wear or scratches.
This piece like new out of the factory condition.
